I’m pushing myself hard to write every day during the month of November, this year.  I’m doing this as part of NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) and in collaboration with a writing challenge we’re doing in one of my blog groups.  We’re doing a month long writing challenge, so I’m committing to writing every day and keeping my blog posts short and sweet.  

The reason why I want to do this is because #1 I hate writer’s block.  I believe that the more you write, you free up space in your mind for creativity.   It works for me when songwriting, so it should work just as effectively on my blog.  #2 It’s sort of like brain dumping.  All the things that I’m already thinking about, need to come out.  I just need to write it down and let people into my little world.  Even if that means sharing a rant, my thoughts on the election, my peeves, my accomplishments or whatever.  I’m going to commit to writing everyday.  I promise you that by the end of this month, you’re gonna know more about me than you probably ever want to LOL.

Write Every Day

I’m just thinking of all the pictures, blog post ideas and half written posts I have sitting in my drafts folder as I speak.  I have well over a month’s worth of content just sitting and waiting.

I most likely won’t push my posts out to my email subscribers EVERY day because I think that would be too much for your inboxes. I don’t want to be annoying. But I am committed to sending out 3 posts per week. The rest will be available on the site if you want to check them out and I’ll do a recap of post links in the next newsletter.   So get ready Stars.
