Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return items within 30 days after receipt, for a full refund, minus shipping costs, only if the item is misprinted/damaged/defective.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. 
  • Customer is responsible for all re-shipping fees related to returns, due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • We DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges for ANY products due to ordering the wrong size or buyers remorse. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached.
  • Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return.
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All items marked 50% off to 70% off are FINAL SALE.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • We only accept returns that were purchased via this website.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
