Super Easy Dark Chocolate Macadamia Nut Fudge

What I love the most about this recipe is you can pretty much add whatever flavor accents you like. Throw in your favorite nuts, small candies, raisins, or whatever floats your boat. 

I decided to add 3 varieties of nuts to mine. Macadamias are still the star of the show but I added some sliced almonds and pecans to my mix and I’m so glad I did!

You don’t have to use pure vanilla extract for this recipe. Imitation will work just fine if that’s all you have on hand.  

The recipe also calls for dark chocolate pieces. But if you don’t care for dark chocolate, grab some milk chocolate. Or, mix it up!

Easy Fudge Ingredients | Dark Chocolate Macademia Nut Fudge | Naturally Stellar

You’re going to need:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Parchment paper
  • Small deep baking dish

This Fudge Is Bomb!

Ingredients:

  • 1 -14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • Macadamia nuts 

Directions:

  1. Line your baking dish with enough parchment paper to cover the bottom and sides, set aside.  

  2. Pour dark chocolate chunks/chips into a microwave-safe mixing bowl and heat for about 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth.  Use a spatula to stir. Don’t overheat. This process should take no more than 1 to 1.5 minutes.

  3. Next, add condensed milk, vanilla extract & nuts to the bowl. Mix again with a spatula until fully incorporated and smooth.

  4. Pour your mix into a baking dish and smooth out the surface with your spatula. Make sure to spread your fudge evenly to all 4 corners.  Refrigerate for about 2 hours. 

  5. Remove fudge from baking dish and cut into squares or the shape of your choice.  Enjoy!
