1 Rest & Relaxation
One of my favorite ways to relax is by creating little pampering sessions during my week. Even if it’s just a short nap, relaxing bath or some quiet time with a good drink and a sheet mask. Our body and brains need to rest.
I like to put together little spa baskets for myself so that I can have all of my favorite pampering products in one place. It makes me feel special and it’s a nice way to display some of the items I use the most, during the week.

Taking supplements is a great way to help maintain good nutritional balance. Ideally, we all should be eating a well balanced diet everyday. But let’s face it. These recommendations include water, food and other beverages (ie. tea, juice, infused drinks etc.), to make up our daily fluid intake.
So, however you can get your fluids in, do that!
