Pin23ShareTweetShareEmail23 SharesThis makes a perfect side dish to Chicken, Beef or Fish and is pretty easy to make. You can use fresh herbs with this dish, but I opted to use dried herbs, since I cook with herbs often, but don’t like to toss out what I can’t use in time. So let’s get to it.Prep time: 15 minutesBake time: 50 minutesIngredients5- 6 medium Red potatoes1 Vidallia Onion2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Butter – melted1/2 Teaspoon minced Garlic1/2 tsp. Sweet Basil1/2 tsp. Oregano1/2 tsp. Parsley1/2 tsp. Chives1/2 tsp Rosemary2 pinches of Bells Brand Seasoning or substitute with 1/2 tsp. SageSalt – To Taste (I prefer 2 – 3 Pinches)Pepper – To TastePre-Heat the oven to 425 degrees & Prep your Baking Dish with a light coating of cooking spray. Wash & Cut potatoes into large chunks – Leaving the skin on. Chop the Onion into generous pieces and put the onions & potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil & Melted Butter. With a large spoon or spatula, Toss to coat. Add Garlic. Then add your Herbs & Bell’s Seasoning and Toss to coat.Pour contents of bowl into glass baking dish (Metal is fine also), be sure to get all of the herbs and oil out of the bowl with a spatula if necessary. You don’t wanna miss out on any of that flavor!Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes. *Halfway through, toss the potatoes again and put back in the oven for the remaining 25 minutes.CHECK THIS OUT ✴ Start Girl's Day With Summer Brunch and Moscato #MoscatoMomentsViola!
