PinShareTweetShareEmail0 SharesSo you want to start juicing. Everyone is raving about it. You’ve heard about all of the great benefits of it, maybe even tried it, but you just can’t commit to doing it on a regular basis. If you are anything at all like me, you probably don’t have much time for all of that. Most people really don’t want to spend all of their time & energy shopping, buying bulk loads of fruit & veggies, washing, chopping, storing. Who wants to be burdened with constant measuring of powdered additives, cleaning & rinsing out juicing machines or blenders. Not us lazy folks. So I discovered the next best thing. Why not skip all the hard work & let someone else take care of that? Why not simply buy your juice pre-made?There used to be a time when all you could find in the grocery store was either V8 or a some similar red version that likely tasted like raw broccoli paste, but now there are a lot of good brands out there that contain 100% juice, lots of natural & organic fresh produce, some not made from concentrates & taste great. On my most recent trips to my local Target & Walmart Superstores, I spotted a boatload of brands like Bolthouse Farms, Bare Naked, Odwalla & a few store brands thrown in there. There are many different flavors & fruit/veggie pairings to choose from.Instead of juicing & storing my own concoctions, I started buying Bolthouse Farm’s Green Goodness. The reasons why I chose this particular one out of the bunch was #1 the price, #2 the amount of fruits & veggies packed in the bottle, #3 the taste (after trying a few others). I try to buy my juice each week and I only spend about $7 max if I buy 2 bottles at $3.50 each. Thanks Target!Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness IngredientsI’m not a dieter or weight loss fanatic & I try to eat a wide variety of foods regularly. My problem is having a lack of energy. Now that I’m over 30 & a mother I notice that my metabolism has slowed down a LOT. My get up and go sometimes looks at me and smuggly says “Yeah Right”.CHECK THIS OUT ✴ Real Tips To Stop Nail Biting And Improve Nail HealthOnce I started drinking one of the bottles per week I noticed my energy level started slowly improving. I didn’t change anything at all about my diet, I just started supplementing what I ate each day with 1 cup of juice. Now, once you start drinking these, it may take your body a few days or so for your system to clear itself out. So you may become one with your bathroom at first, but you should begin to regulate pretty quickly.I’ve been “juicing” for a few months now and can easily get through 2 bottles a week with no stomach issues. My energy level is high. I sleep much better & am a lot more active than I was a few months ago. Here’s some encouragement. The next time you hit your grocer, stop in the refrigerated juice aisle and see what options are there for you. If my lazy behind can do it, so can you. Please feel free to leave comments & let me know what you think. If you like what you see…Subscribe! I do love that brand of juice, but I also struggle to drink the green one. I usually enjoy the mango and blueberry. I try to eat lots of fruits and veggies.
