Hey Stars! This year my goal is to improve my overall health and wellness.  This includes assessing my beauty products.  For me, it’s baby steps, but I’m starting to pay closer attention to quality ingredients and where/how those ingredients are sourced.  Today in honor of Earth Day, I’m sharing some earth friendly beauty brands worth trying or swapping for your current “unkind to the earth” beauty products.  Of course, I have plenty for the ladies, but I also have a nice men’s line to show you, that will be perfect for a Father’s Day/Birthday gift for the guys. *post may contain affiliate links

Jack Black Men’s Line – earth friendly beauty | Naturally Stellar

One thing that really resonates with me about these products is, how they take into consideration, those men who don’t like to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror.   That’s my man.  He needs things that are gonna be quick but effective.  That’s why most Jack Black products are multi-functional.

Savannah Bee Company

The Savannah Bee Company has an awesome line of products inspired by honey bees.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company so passionate and hyped about bees as the faces behind this brand.  You can find lots of earth loving health & beauty items or thoughtful gifts for your family and friends, that love to be pampered.  There’s no animal testing, no parabens or petroleum derived ingredients and the products are made with real honey.

Charcoal, Propolis and Volcanic Ash Cleanser

My face has been loving this!  As someone with really naturally oily and acne-prone skin, I highly recommend this for clearing pores and reducing oil.  It contains activated charcoal powder, volcanic ash, kaolin clay, and honeybee hive ingredients propolis and honey to remove excess oil and impurities from pores without overdrying skin.

What you do is dampen your skin, massage a quarter-sized amount onto your face and leave it on for 1 minute.  Then, rinse. It leaves your skin super clean and supple.

Tupelo Honey Body Wash & Body Lotion

These are great summer beauty products!  This body wash has honey, royal jelly and propolis so your skin is left feeling moisturized, not stripped after your shower.  It has a really soft lemon and vanilla scent and comes in an 8oz. stand up tube, perfect for leaving in the shower.

The body lotion has beeswax and honey with a very similar soft scent as the body wash.  I especially love how great my skin looks, feels and smells when wearing this.   The formula is really calming to fresh shaven skin and has just enough shine to make your legs look phenomenal, without going over the top.

Who doesn’t love a great lip balm? Well, not only is this a good balm but nothing beats an all natural lip balm with organic ingredients. No worries about what you’re ingesting with this one.  I love how fragrant this is, without all of the artificial flavors and additives.  It smells like fresh honeycomb! Body Glide – skin glide anti-friction balm | Naturally Stellar

Skin Glide

This clothes and footwear safe cream is perfect for those areas that like to rub together, creating sometimes painful friction and blisters.  It is vegan safe, child safe and allergen free.  It’s ideal for those with sensitive skin. It provides all-day protection and is sweat resistant, so while it’s working your pores can still breathe.

Body Glide – for her antichafing and moisturizing balm | Naturally Stellar

for her

Is an antichafing and moisturizing balm that provides an invisible barrier against irritation or rubbing. You can apply this balm to any problem areas.   I like to use mine along the side of my breasts and inner arms, where they tend to rub together. No more burn for me! It’s also great for inner thighs, feet and sports bra areas.   Pretty much anywhere you’d like. You apply it before you get dressed and won’t have to worry about it being wet or greasy.

$9.99

Available at BodyGlide.com

I hope this collection of earth friendly beauty brands will inspire you to make changes, big or small, in your beauty buying habits and gift giving.
