Tweet Share3 Pin3 Stumble12 Share1 +13Shares 22 How are all my Stars doing this weekend? Great, I hope. Now I’m sure I’m not the only one who binge watches their favorite shows right? Yeah, I know you do too. I mean most of us really can’t catch all of our favorites at the exact day and time they air because of the bazillion other things we have going on in our lives. That’s where TV Everywhere fits in. Sometimes our TV watching takes the back burner to everything else. So it’s no surprise that more and more of us are moving away from traditional TV and cable to find new ways to catch up on the stuff we like. If you’ve been a reader of mine for a while then you probably remember that I ditched regular cable a few years ago. I saved a ton of money and I still find ways to watch just about whatever I like. So that’s what makes me glad to share this new service with you. With NBC’s TV Everywhere you can watch full episodes of your NBC shows on your own time. Oh, and you don’t have to be a cable subscriber to watch a lot of the new shows either. Pretty much, anyone that has a laptop can watch online for FREE. No DVR’s are necessary. You just have to be willing to catch the show on a bit of a delay, much like other streaming services. Right now, The NBC shows I’m trying to catch up on are The Blacklist and Heroes Reborn. Just this past year, my hubby and I binge watched The Blacklist’s first 2 seasons and the original Heroes series that aired back in 2006. Heroes was my jam!! At the time I had no idea that they’d be coming out with this new one. So now I’m gonna take full advantage of TV Everywhere to see what Heroes Reborn is all about and to see if any of the characters from the original series shows up in the story lines or make special appearances. Hubby has already jumped the gun on this one and watches regularly. I just choose not to ask him any questions because I can’t stand spoilers. If you’re a big Blacklist fan but haven’t been able to catch up on the new season, then you can remember that Liz went on the run with Red at the end of Season 2. I’ll drop you a quick synopsis to each show courtesy of NBC. The Blacklist – In the third season of the hit NBC drama “The Blacklist,” FBI Agent Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone, “Law & Order: Los Angeles”) is now a fugitive and on the run with criminal mastermind Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader, “The Office,” “Boston Legal”). With Assistant FBI Director Harold Cooper under investigation, a conflicted Agent Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff, “Homeland”) leads the FBI Task Force on a massive manhunt for Liz and Red – more dangerous together than apart since Liz has expert knowledge of FBI procedures and no one exceeds Red’s vast resources. As they struggle to stay one step ahead of their former colleagues and Liz immerses herself into Red’s underworld of disreputable contacts and covert operations, will the notorious list of new Blacklisters this season play a key role in their survival or their demise? Liz is on an unpredictable journey of self-discovery and all the pieces of her life, including her indefinable relationship with Tom (Ryan Eggold, “90210”), will be drastically challenged as she continues to believe Red holds all the answers. Heroes Reborn – From creator/executive producer Tim Kring, who imagined NBC’s original critically-acclaimed 2006 “Heroes” series, comes “Heroes Reborn,” an epic 13-episode event series that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities. A year ago, a terrorist attack in Odessa, Texas, left the city decimated. Blamed for the tragic event, those with extraordinary abilities are in hiding or on the run from those with nefarious motives. So go! Grab your laptop, some snacks and a nice dranky drank and click to watch ↓ Enjoy your binge watching!
