TweetShare1Pin+11Share Have you ever had a hair SOS moment? You know, where someone needs to swoop in and Save Our Style stat! I’m sure we all have at one point or another. I’m no stranger to the frizz and bad hair days but I’m also ready for whenever a horrible hair day strikes. “This post was made possible by iConnect Influencer Management and Aflac. I was compensated for my participation in this campaign, but all opinions are 100% mine.” Mostly my bad hair days include a lot of dryness and a thick spongy mane. In order to avoid this SOS moment of dry, brittle hair, check out my 3 easy Natural Hair tips below: Here are a few hair styling tips that you can use to keep your mane in check! #1 After washing/conditioning, always use a Leave-In Conditioner to help add moisture and prevent dryness/static/frizziness from occurring. #2 Use styling products specifically formulated for your hair type and needs. For example, if you need to eliminate frizz, use products with added moisture and seal your style with products that contain an absorbent oil such as macadamia, argan, olive etc. #3 Protect your style at night. Use a satin pillowcase or satin scarf to help save you time styling in the morning while eliminating shedding and moisture loss. Don’t worry if you aren’t the best at doing your own hair or maintaining your styles. I’m sure you’re great at other things 🙂 I mean look at the Aflac Duck, he isn’t the greatest at styling hair, in fact he’s pretty horrible, but he’s the best at paying claims fast.
