Target’s Next Designer Collabo for Fall 2014 is Altuzarra
It’s coming September 14th…The new collection from designer Altuzarra will be available for purchase. What pieces are you looking forward to?
How could I be so late to the game?! Hey Stars, Target has announced its next designer collaboration for Fall 2014 will be with designer Joseph Altuzarra. If you don’t know about Altuzarra, let me fill you in a bit on the designer brand.
The Altuzarra brand is defined as French sophistication and American ease that appeals to refined, independent women. Like us right? Lol. Joseph Altuzarra, who is both the designer and creative director of the brand, says that by collaborating with Target he hopes…”to instill a sense of power, confidence and beauty in women everywhere.”
Since the brand launched in 2008, Joseph has received numerous awards including his prestigious 2014 CFDA Womenswear Designer Of The Year Nomination. While he may not have scored the actual award, I have a feeling he’s gonna score big time with this Target collabo. Cha-Ching! His partnership with Target sounds like it is going to be a shopper’s frenzy and a huge success. I mean, fashion bloggers and fly girls everywhere are gonna be strutting our stuff this fall in our Altuzarra.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this collaboration with Target and Altuzarra,” states Alison Loehnis, president, NET-A-PORTER.COM. “The collection is everything we have come to expect from Joseph’s aesthetic – chic, sophisticated and modern. We are so excited to offer NET-A-PORTER customers an opportunity to own these fabulous pieces.”
The collection will include close to 50 pieces with prices ranging from $17.99 – $89.99 and will include ready-to-wear Apparel, Lingerie, Shoes and Accessories. The collection is set to launch on September 14th. Just like in prior designer collab’s, you will be able to buy pieces in select Target stores and on Target.com for U.S. and Canadian customers AND worldwide on NET-A-PORTER’s website, www.net-a-porter.com
I am really looking forward to seeing the pieces in this Target collection when they debut and maybe I’ll splurge on something I like. Oh and I’m also looking forward to the pieces I am gonna score on sale, clearance and when thrifting after season. Yeah, I’m that kind of girl.
